What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS for domestic delivery.  If you need expedited shipping, just message us.  When available,  we can adjust your order to accommodate fees for a shipping upgrade.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link we provided to you or simply email/call us.  Allow several days after purchase for the item to be shipped and for tracking info to be updated.

Where is my order confirmation or tracking information? I am not receiving emails.

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or junk email folder.  Sometimes order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails end up here, which is out of our control.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders.  Please be certain before completing the checkout.  If you would like to return your item once you receive it, you can do so in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Also, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address.  We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

I entered the incorrect shipping address by mistake. Can you help?

Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?

Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green “notify me” tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.

If an item says it’s sold out online does that mean it’s sold out in the store too?

Not necessarily! There’s a good chance it’s available in our store! We can also ship from our store too! You can call 424-527-7085 ext 3 to check and see if the item is still available from our store inventory! 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). And will be delivered within 4-8 business days for more information please check out our Shipping Policy.

If my order is delayed, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame of the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team. We’ll be more than happy to help!
